Realizing it’s strategic importance, Dell announced their intent to acquire cloud integration startup Boomi.

Data integration goes hand in hand with security and policy compliance. We can expect more action in this space. There are not many genuine cloud integration startups. HP and IBM will be making their move in this space. Queplix is another interesting startup.
